Installation into an existing roof involves cutting an opening, trimming the rafters (with structural support as needed), fitting the window with the correct Velux flashing kit for your roof covering, and making good internally with plaster or plasterboard. We ensure the installation complies with Building Regulations for means of escape, ventilation, and thermal performance.
